When scanning documents for a payment, there is no image. This is an intermittent problem. Quicken Software version R61.21. Window 11 Home version. Any suggestions?
How are you doing that scan? To what destination? Can you scan the same document outside of Q, say to your desktop?
This same thing happens to me periodically. I get out of quicken, reboot the computer and then everything works fine. I have no clue what causes this but it only occurs about once a month. Version 61.21 windows 11.
