I'm using Windows for Quicken Classic.

I saw (Ticket #11678385) regarding Citi migration issues and that it has been resolved.

I am still experiencing the issue when trying to complete the migration for the Citi Home Depot Credit Card.

    Hello @johnjelinek,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

I took the time to review the internal errors occurring with your Home Depot Consumer Credit Card account(s) and found that you are receiving an FDP-102 (CC-502). This issue is related to a different active alert that we have, which you can view here. I suggest bookmarking the alert for all further updates.

I am not able to migrate my Home Depot Card either (even though Quicken nags me everytime I login to do it.)

It is currently failing on the login page @ citi that is presented from Quicken: https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/RSauth/ob/aggregator/obsignon?siteId=PLCN_HOMEDEPOT&pageName=obsignon&langId=en_US

I can login to my account when I just browse to the citi credit card site though.

    https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/RSnextgen/svc/launch/index.action?siteId=PLCN_HOMEDEPOT#signon

I tried disconnecting the account, now I can't get anything as I get stuck at the login page.

    Hello @RealDude,

    Thanks for joining this thread.

After reviewing the internal error, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-105 (CC-505) with your Home Depot Consumer Credit Card account. This issue has already been reported, and my teams are actively investigating and seeking a resolution. There is no current ETA, however, I will update this thread once I receive more information.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
