Sofi downloading wrong student loan information

Ever since Sofi went back to Sofi servicing and left Mohela, I have not had a proper download since. My balance is zero in Quicken, on the website, it's correct. Why does Quicken and Sofi continue to have issues. When is this incorrect download data going to be corrected?

    When you download transactions, does Quicken show any error messages, or does it complete the update without warnings? Are any other details, such as interest rates or payment history, incorrect, or is it only the balance that isn’t syncing properly? Have you noticed if the issue started immediately after Sofi’s transition, or did it work correctly at any point before failing? Is Quicken pulling in any transactions at all, or is it just reflecting a static zero balance?

    Let me know what you see, and we can dig deeper into what might be causing this.
