Memo field in transaction not populating in linked cash account

Running Win 11 with Quicken R62.14
I sold a few RSU shares in an investment account with a comment in the memo field:
In the linked cash account the memo field of the linked transaction is blank:
If I attempt to edit the memo field in the cash account it pops up a message the edit must be made in the investment account.
Quicken issue or should the memo be entered differently in the investment account?

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I tested in my Quicken and noticed it showed this error message:
However, following the instructions in the error doesn't allow one to successfully update the memo in the cash account.
Right clicking and choosing "Go to transfer" takes you right back to the same transaction and shows the same error when attempting to update the memo.
I forwarded this issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. If you would like to contribute to the investigation, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached.
