UPDATE - Issue resolved with excellent guidance from Quicken and Cadence. For years we have been accessing account update via Cadence DC. (direct connect)The Quicken associate had us remove the DC access and establish Express Connect access. Years ago we used Express connect but do to problems we were switched to DC. Today , We deactivated the Cadence DC connections removed all the account header info and established Cadence Bank WC connections for Express Connect going forward. The Quicken staff and Bank staff was knowledgable and tenacious. 2 great attributes.
