Added Ally Invest account and now keeps crashing

I used to have just an Ally savings account with no issues when I used the online services. I recently added an Ally invest account, now even when I deactivate and set back up Quicken Classic Deluxe crashes. When it attempts to link accounts, it appears to work, but then nothing. When I have tried several times to online setup accounts, the 2 accounts appear, click to link to existing accounts, but still no success. I've restarted my computer, and tried the deactivate/setup online services numerous times.

    Hello @Melbrett68,

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this issue!

Instead of reactivating through the Set up Now button in the Online Services tab, I suggest that you please try reactivating via the Add Account flow instead.

To reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name, and follow the prompts to connect.

Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.
