Delay with Fidelity transactions

Windows R61.21
I am curious why there is always a delay for my Fidelity transactions to show up in my Quicken updates.
Many of my transactions, for example dividend reinvestments that occurred 3/28/25 have not showed up and can take up to a week, even just straight dividends.
I'm waiting on 28 transactions for the end of March. It just seems if the activity shows and cleared in Fidelity, then it should be reporting to Quicken about the same time.

Fidelity has multiple names in Q … so which are you using? And what "Transaction Download" method are you using?
You can view this info at TOOLS, Account List. If the Financial Institution column isn't showing, it can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.
BTW, I have (or manage) 7 accounts at Fidelity and all download via Direct Connect the next morning after they post.

I have had this problem forever and it just seems to get worse. With 11 accounts it's a pain.
I also contacted Fidelity Support and they advised to open a new Quicken file, label it as "TEST", add my accounts, and see what happens.
Every transaction was there, including a new one from yesterday.
Interesting thing is the Test file has a different home page appearance from the one that I was using.
But there was a new transaction today, so it will be interesting to see how quickly it updates.
