RBC Wealth Management OL-294A error

Showing up since last week, most of the time, though there were a few successful connections over the weekend. As in past episodes, my online access to my accounts remains quite normal. Reported to Quicken as always. To other RBC clients in the US- having problems?

    Hello All,

    Our teams have noticed and informed us that error rates for RBC Wealth Management tend to be higher between 5 AM and 7 AM PDT. However, the success rate improves after 7 AM PDT. If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, we recommend trying again after that time.

    I also am having the same issue. RBC Wealth Mgt. has not connected well for a few weeks now, but every once and awhile it would connect and download transactions correctly.

    But it has not worked at all now in 3 or 4 days.

    Not sure why RBC Wealth Mgt and Quicken always seem to have so many connection problems.

    Just to reiterate in case it was missed earlier in the thread, our teams have observed that RBC Wealth Management has higher connection error rates between 5 AM and 7 AM PDT, with improved success after that time. If you haven’t already, we recommend trying again a bit later in the morning to see if it connects successfully.
