For at least one billing cycle I have been unable to verify the biller account. I answer all the questions, name, and passcode in the online biller section of Quicken. I then get a validation code on my mobile but Quicken never comes back to the screen for me to enter the code. When I attempt to "FIX IT" the message is the account it reported as LOCKED. When entering the website for my biller, the account it NOT LOCKED.
