First Bank of Puerto Rico and Oriental Bank of Puerto Rico

To date , there continues to be the unavailability of downloading anything from First Bank of Puerto Rico.
I also can't download data from Oriental Bank of Puerto Rico (formerly known as ScotiaBank) loan although the account appears in Quicken Classic. The balance remains $0.00. (Not possible)
I have a MAC quicken program.
Please advise.
Thank you

Hello @LatinNYWill,
Thanks for reaching out about these issues.
After reviewing the internal errors that you are encountering, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-107 with your Scotiabank Puerto Rico(Now Oriental Bank) account(s). This error occurs when the wrong instance of your financial institution is selected while adding an account to Quicken, or if something is changed in the account while updating it. To resolve this error, you will need to start the Add Account process again and select the correct instance of your bank for the type of account you are adding. You can find more information regarding an FDP-107 in this Support Article.
As for your First Bank of Puerto Rico account(s), I was unable to locate any connection attempts with this instance. What exactly is occurring with these accounts? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin?
Let me know!
