Adding to the ongoing (since Oct-24) Barclays misery, Quicken now says I have no Barclays accounts … can't even find it …

Also having issues with Barclays for savings account access. Been working fine for a couple of months and all of a sudden getting error that says "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Barclays Bank Delaware." Re-entering correct credentials does nothing but produce the same "error" message! If i go to browser and go to cards.barclaycardus.com and use same credentials I get logged on and presented with correct information for savings account. That is same url that Quicken is supposedly using. Perhaps Barclays changed something that doesn't realize that the account is a savings account and not a credit card account?

I reviewed the internal error that you are experiencing with your Barclays Bank Delaware account(s) and can see that you are receiving an FDP-103 (CC-503). This occurred at end of last year and got resolved around February 2025, but error CC501 in Quicken Windows is back after the latest Quicken update around April 3 2025. Quicken reports that my accounts can not be found on Barclay Delaware Bank. They been fine for years until the end of last year and now the same issue is occurring again around April 2025.
The last update to the link to the open ticket (LINK) was back in November 2024 ….. is there work being done to get the current issue resolved?
I have called support and every time, I have been told to refer to this link. Who needs to do work on this? Barclays or Quicken or both entities?
