Schwab bank transactions showing up as $0

In the last two days, Charles Schwab bank ExpressConnect stopped working. I had to reactivate the connection. Since reactivation, the correct transactions are downloaded, but they are all $0 value. I called Schwab tech support and they said this had to be an issue on the Quicken side. Does anyone else have this issue, and is there a fix in the works?

    I am also having the same problem with my Schwab account. Transactions download, but show up as $0.

    I am seeing the same issue. My 2 checking accounts show $0 amounts but the transactions appear with dates. I tried the usual solutions of deactivate and/or reset with no luck. I wound up adding manual transactions.

    Very frustrating.

    Same issue here. I tried to add the transaction amounts manually and it made the balance way off.

    Same issue here as well. It's been happening for about 4-5 days. The question for Quicken is, should we not accept these transactions? What should we do with them to prevent balance issues?

    I'm also having this issue. Quicken for Mac. It first showed as an error logging into the Schwab Bank checking account. I used the Fix It and stepped through the login selections, which re-logged and re-authorized all Schwab accounts, but transactions are downloading with $0 (actually, blank) amounts. Many old (now duplicate) transactions were downloaded but with blank amounts.

    Brokerage accounts seem not to be affected, only the Schwab Bank checking account.

    Definitely needs to be prioritized for a fix.

    Schwab bank checking transactions after also show as $0.00 from download in Quicken Classic premier for Mac, v8.1.1, build 801.56891.100. The date of transaction, payee, and category show correctly in the account. For me the first occurrence was 4/1/25. I have not been able to resolve.

    My Schwab Bank checking transactions have not been downloading for several days. I did NOT try and fix it - I just left it alone. This morning all my missing transactions downloaded correctly and I am caught up.

    I am still having this issue. I tried to restore a backup from before the problem started (January of this year) and did a update and it looks like it downloaded everything since then but when it got to April 2 and then the rest came down as 0.00 amounts.

    When is this going to be fixed? I use Quicken to manage all my finances and this is a serious problem and I may start having problems. We should be getting daily updates to this problem until it is fixed!!!!

    Attempted to download from Schwab again this morning. Once again having "Connectivity Problems". Attempting to reset account is not allowed since there are many transactions with $0 amounts not accepted.

    Deleted downloaded transactions, reset connection and downloaded new transactions now including amounts "but", balance is totally out-of-wack. Now I have to figure out why the out-of-balance condition.

    First, I’ve had those $0 transactions this week on both Schwab checking brokerage accounts.

    From the “glass half full” perspective, at least Quicken acknowledges they have a problem. A lot better than being given the standard time-wasting procedures to validate and disconnect/reconnect the accounts. Or wasting hours on the phone doing the same procedures with Quicken support, and the only result being a messed-up display. (BTW in 25 years of using Quicken, validate has never corrected a download issue, it’s just a red herring).

    The only way we are going to get fast response on things like this if there is something like a class action lawsuit to force Quicken to give credits or subscription extensions to those affected. Then we would be amazed at how quickly a fix is forthcoming. Anyone know an attorney who would be interested in taking that on?

    I called Schwab and they were very clear the issue is with Quicken. Quicken has acknowledged the issue and apparently is working on it, but the problem is STILL not solved multiple days later.

    I'm getting connectivity problems with Charles Schwab Bank AND even when i finally reauthorize and it downloads, the transactions about to zero. My investment accounts download correct transaction amounts when re-verified.

    In short, this is a QUICKEN issue that they are working on. Schwab says they have everything authorized on their end and to contact Quicken for related updates solving the problem.

    In all my years using quicken, this is the worst and longest-lasting problem i've seen downloading from any bank - hope Quicken can fix it or I'll need to find a competitor of theirs to move my cashflow tracking to…

    The issue has now been upgraded - now ALL accounts get error cc-506 and NONE of my Schwab accounts are updated during one step update.

    This morning, after completing running the OSU, I noticed my Schwab Bank account had a red "circle with /" icon next to it in the account bar, which I'd never seen before. Hovering over it, it indicated I needed to "fix" the account. So, I clicked the icon and it took me into the re-authorization process (the same one I would normally get if "resetting" an account's online connection). When it completed that process, the update successfully pulled down two non-zero transactions (and it didn't modify my opening balance as it had before)!

    I don't know if this means the problem is fixed, but will be interested to see if the errors or all-zero transactions return.

    I am sick and tired of having Quicken issues. I have been using Quicken for a long time and before they were sold it worked perfectly. Now I am having the Schwab 0 transaction issue, and it is still not fixed! How are we supposed to manage our finances when they cannot fix a problem preventing you from using it!

    Does anyone have a recommendation of a replacement for quicken? It seem to be unfeliable now.

    Nobody here will suggest an alternative.

    There is no other personal software that can do all what Quicken can do.

    I just check on one other personal software and they also had one user who had the same problem.

    I just did an update and it appears everything is syncing up properly, no $0 duplicate entries. Hope it stands.
