One Step Update stopped working

Using Quicken Classic Home & Business for Windows. A few weeks ago, One Step Update stopped working for Woodsboro Bank (www.woodsborobank.com). It now just takes me to their website has me manually sign in, then I have to create a transaction file in quicken format, which then does download to accounts. Then a popup appears (still on bank site) asking if I'd like to use OneStep Update instead. I click yes, it doesn't redirect back to Quicken, I have to sitch manually. Then a window saying connecting to bank, and after a few minutes another pop up saying bank timed out. Bank says it's not on their end. I've multiple times cleared my cache, tried different browser, turned off the VPN and nothing changes. Help? (This only happens for this bank, all other various accounts work fine)

@pearl1956 According to FIDIR.TXT (a Q file that's on your computer and records all of the connection methods between Q and the financial institutions), Woodsboro would seem to support both Web Connect (you log into the website and initiate the download from there) and Express Web Connect (via One Step Update).

    Woodsboro Bank https://www.woodsborobank.com 301-898-4000 https://www.woodsborobank.com ACTIVE BANKING&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT

So, when you do TOOLS, Account List and click Edit adjacent to this account, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column. If it says Web Connect, you'll need to disconnect the account(s) and reconnect them, being SURE to "LINK" the online accounts to your accounts in Q rather than doing an "ADD".

If that doesn't do the trick, you should contact Q support, via the link at the top of this page, and let them Share (Look, but don't touch) your screen so that they can diagnose the issue.
