PLEASE STOP SENDING ME NOTICES ABOUT THE NEW CITIBANK CONNECTION

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭

I do not have a Citibank account or credit card. My Best Buy Visa was closed in November 2024. Would it possible for one of the moderators to internally let someone know that notices are being sent out to users who don't have Citibank accounts. Where is Quicken getting this outdated information?

The account at Citibank is definitely closed.

    Thank you for your patience,

I heard back from my team. They said that we recently sent the Citibank-related message to anyone who downloaded from a Citibank account in the past year to ensure everyone was notified about potential changes. This is why you were included in that group.  There are no more emails planned on this topic.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused!

Here is the Online Services tab in Account Details.

Before the account was closed, online services was disconnected months prior. So again, I am not sure why I keep getting e-mails about fixing my Citibank connection?

    Hello @CaliQkn,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Was the email in your screenshot sent to the email associated with your current Quicken ID? If it was sent to a different email, then you may want to check for older Quicken files that have a Citi account still connected.

In the meantime, I forwarded this issue to my team to be further investigated.

    Thank you!

@Quicken Kristina the e-mail was sent to the same e-mail that I use for my Quicken ID. Thank you for looking into this. I know it's not a big deal to get the e-mails, but it may be indicative of a bigger issue internally with Quicken.
