Renaming Rules colliding with QuickFill Rules

I have a QuickFill Rule for money borrowed from my own company. If I enter the transaction manually, it's as follows:

Payee name: <company name>
Category: [Loan from <company name>]
Amount: <whatever>

I have a QuickFill Rule for this, which requires only that I enter the amount, and all is joy and happiness.

Recently, I added a Renaming Rule for transaction downloads, because the only place I really need to enter the information is in my banking app to make the transaction. The Renaming Rule looks like this:

Rename to: <company name>
If: Quicken name is
Condition: Misc <shortened company name>

The Renaming Rule works fine. The payee gets renamed, and then it picks up the QuickFill Rule to assign the category. Except for one thing: the other side of the transaction doesn't get created in the loan liability account.

Please fix this.
