Schwab Bank Reconcile Issue

This should auto reconcile when I finish accepting all the transactions.

I was able to get newer transactions to download properly and but now those that were download and are marked with a "c" for cleared, will not reconcile. I keep getting there are no cleared transactions to reconcile. Any idea why?

    It doesn't seem like the auto reconcile is working for this account. I can't figure out if that is the issue or if the account is broken.

    Mine are staying in a cleared state but not automatically reconciling as my other bank accounts do.

    How do I set up auto reconcile for a bank account?

    Turn on Auto Reconcile in the help doesn't seem to match how the program works.

    Hello @Paddy,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. What kind of account are you seeing this issue with (checking, savings, investment, linked checking, etc.)?

    To answer your question about auto reconcile, the help article states: You can use the Auto Reconcile feature only with bank accounts that you've activated for transaction download, and you can use this optional feature anytime you like.

    If the account is an investment account (or a linked checking account that is linked to an investment account), it won't give you the option to auto reconcile.

    When you are trying to reconcile, what date range are you using (or, if the problem account is a bank account, are you reconciling against the online balance)? If the downloaded transactions are outside the timeframe selected for the reconcile, that may cause the issue you're seeing.

    Hello @Quicken Kristina I am using it with Schwab Bank and it's been working until they have had download issues so the transactions are automatically downloaded and then I clear them and they it should automatically reconcile with the online account balance but its not working right now as it used to. I have accounts with other banks where it works fine, but it seems to be broken with Schwab Bank. It does not say linked account in the description.

    I clear the transaction as below and when I finish the last one it just does to the register and does not reconcile the transactions as it should. How do I get it work again but it says this and I cannot get to a place to see if it's set up?

    This is what it says when I try to hit the reconcile button. But it should automatically reconcile with I finish clearing the transactions.

    But these are all other Reconciled transactions from before.

    What kind of account are you encountering this issue with (checking, savings, credit, etc.)? To clarify, when you say Schwab bank, are you referring to Charles Schwab Bank or a different connection?
