How to disable scheduled updates

Quicken Classic Premier

R61.16

Build 27.1.62.16

I installed a backup copy of Quicken classic on my recovery PC. Main system was down for extended time. Now it is back up and has scheduled updates every day (the backup does as well).

My question is how do I disable the scheduled updates and synch on the back up system. What I have done in the past was un-install Quicken; however, the new system is flaky, and I want the backup ready to go.

When I un-check day & accounts, it says "you must select at least one day and time combination to schedule an update. I want to disable scheduled updates

Any thoughts?

Worked with Quicken support. Fix is that you uncheck all financial institutions AND leave one day/time entry. There is no disable; only fool it

Un-check ALL the check boxes in the Financial Institutions list as well as in the Schedule area of the dialog.

That should have worked. You might want to contact Quicken Support and share your screen with them.
