Report for Products & Services Invoiced/Billed/Sold

Short of developing a full-blown inventory management system in the Quicken Classic for Mac Home and Business, could we get a report that tallies or identifies selectable products/services "utilized" (invoiced, billed, or sold) over time? I could use that in a separate spreadsheet to enable my Cost Of Gods bought and sold to compile a change in inventory $ for tax reporting.
