Date VS Posting Date

I have been using Quicken for a good 15+ years and have been downloading transactions for at least the past 5 years and have never had issues with reconciliation but having an issue since the last update (R62.16 & 27.1.62.16).
It is basing the Reconciliation on the Posting Date and not the Date. It could have been that I have manually entered the interest to start and then downloaded but normally I don't manually add the interest.
The statement is showing the interest posting on 04/05/2025 and the statement is dated 04/05/2025. The "Posting Date" is 04/06/2025 so the only way to Reconcile is to get re-create the transaction or use 04/06/2025 as my date of Reconcile.
I have seen others post the same issue in the past year but why would this just now affect me? Seems like something changed with the last update as it happened a few days ago and now this. Is their a way to covert this to not be based on "Posting Date"?

@Kentfrat1783 - The financial institution determines what information is downloaded. Quicken only reports what the financial institution has provided during the download process.
Have you looked at your online account to see what the posting date is that is shown there? Does it match what is shown in the statement or does it match what was downloaded into Quicken?
Also, out of curiosity, is it possible that the date on the statement is actually the transaction date and not the posting date?
The "Date" column in the account register for downloaded transactions will only show the posting date, not the transaction date. And the posting date in most cases is 1-3 business days after the transaction date…varies depending on how long it takes the financial institution to process the transaction.
If this is what is happening then you might want to consider setting up the account register to show both the Date and the Date Posted columns. To do this click on the table icon above the up/down scroll bar in the Account Register and check the box for Downloaded posting date. This will insert the Date Posted column just to the right of the Date column. When you then download, the posting date will be entered into both columns but you can then manually change the date in the Date column to what the transaction date is. This should then allow you use your bank statement for your reconciliation process with a minimal amount of manual effort and without impacting the integrity of the actual downloaded transaction data.
