Natural language queries or more options on reports

We were talking about inflation and thought about using quicken to see, for example, what our average restaurant check has been year to year. Without exporting transaction data to something like excel I can't see how I can get an answer to that question within the program. It would certainly be nice if I could do so, and I'm sure it would have other applications beyond our query

AI-driven queries of our transactions would be great! I'm looking for something simpler, but could be accomplished with better searching. I just want to be able to list all transactions that don't have one of <list of tags>.
