ONGOING 4/24/25 Citi Retail Cards - FDP-350

We are getting reports of customers getting an FDP-350 error when connecting to Citi Retail Card-related financial institutions. Some examples of this are (but not limited to) Shell Credit Card - Citibank, Best Buy Credit Card, and Home Depot Credit Card.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
