Unable to Update RoundPoint Mortage Online Biller

Using R62.16 Build 27.1.62.16.
RoundPoint services my mortgage and for a while everything worked in Quicken. Then RoundPoint stopped working and whenever I'd click the "Fix it" button in online billers, I would eventually get a message of "Still connecting to…". I even reached out to RoundPoint and got a reply of "In order to protect the integrity and security of your account, RoundPoint does not currently link with Quicken".
I've been trying every so often hoping this would get fixed. It seems there's been some movement because now when I try to fix it, I get prompted that more information is needed and I'm asked to provide my login information along with how I'd like to get a tOTP, either text or email. Both methods will get me a tOTP, but I never get a Quicken screen asking to input the tOTP. Instead, after some time I get the "Still connecting to…" screen.
Seems like RoundPoint is allowing Quicken connections again but Quicken doesn't know a tOTP has been issued and therefore isn't prompting for it to be entered to complete the process.

I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. I've reported this internally, but we do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.
