Downloaded Fidelity transactions did not update Quicken

I did a one-step update yesterday. A bunch of transactions were downloaded from Fidelity. It put me through the equity add dialog for most of them and then displayed a dialog showing the difference between Quicken's positions and Fidelity's. Quicken's positions were all zero. It did not finish processing all the Fidelity transactions, most of which were buys.

I use direct connect with Fidelity.

There are too many to download manually. How do I fix this?

Have you tried doing another OSU?

Yes. Another OSU doesn't download anything new.

I just spent 2 hrs with Quicken Support. It looks like Quicken has a problem with the volume of transactions on 4/9. We tried creating a new file with just that account, and it downloaded all the transactions from Jan. 1, including the ones I'm missing. Fidelity says it just sends what Quicken asks for, so it's not a problem on their end.

Have you done TOOLS, Security List and confirmed that "Download" is checked adjacent to all securities that you currently hold or watch? And that HIDE isn't checked?

Also, what securities (name and symbol please) are you having this issue with?

I have similar issues between Fidelity and Quicken. Nobody seems to know how to resolve it..

And, with such a vague statement, no one here is able to help you.

Start by responding to the questions previously asked.

And, I download from Fidelity Investments 6 days a week … and haven't had any issues. Are you talking about Fidelity Investments, or Fidelity by one of the other names it uses in Q, such as Fidelity NetBenefits?

Pretty simple. Fidelity broadcasts there data to Quicken. Quicken, as of May 8th, is not pulling all of the data from Fidelity. It has something to do with the Fidelity Government Cash Reserve account, as other people have reported.
