Why would my recent comments not be posted

Windows 11 user- Quicken Classic. I've commented several times recently & they don't get posted. In addition my drafts also disappear. I've posted several times on this topic, but every month the transactions revert to the same incorrect categories. I've tried everything suggestion. I've locked & renamed (even my renaming rules are ignored) Now I can't even get my comments posted. WHY?
