Target National Bank - 2FA not working

For the past couple of weeks, when trying to download Target CC transactions, it says it will send a code to my phone. I never get the code, so I'm unable to download anything.

If I go to the Target website, the 2FA works perfectly. I tried exporting transactions to a QFX file, but Quicken refuses to import it. "Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download."

I also tried adding a new account with the same login credentials. Same problem.

    @heckmanm - to make 2FA work with your mobile phone, I think you would need to go to your online account with Target and verify or authenticate your phone number with Target. Once you do that, they will send the code to your phone.

    @Quicken Anja - I am not seeing the CC-585 error. I just never get the 2FA code on my phone. FYI this was working up until late March. My downloads were working as late as 3/26/25

    @CaliQkn - My phone is already registered/authenticated with Target. The 2FA works fine when I go to the website.
