Why does my "search plus" icon no longer work to drill down on a value in a report to go to the original entry? Running R62.16

What do you mean by "search plus icon"? And where does one find it? What does it look like, since that's not standard Q terminology.

It looks similar to this, though much smaller, and appears as the cursor when you hover over a value in a report that, when right-clicked, takes you to the entry in its account.

    I.E., that's the standard search/drill-down icon.

SO, in what report are you having this issue?

"Drill down" from a report, e.g., Transaction detail, works for me …
First, I click the item in the report to select the line.
Next, I double-click the item to drill down and the register containing the transaction pops up.

Right-clicking brings up a different popup menu with other functions available in that instance.

@WhatAmIMissing it might just be a matter of waiting for the report to load. sometimes if you have a large report, it takes time for the report to fully load. While it's partially loaded, or still loading, you will not get the drill down icon.

The reports are all accessable. The aforementioned drill-down feature is no longer functional.
