Irregular transaction downloads

For 2 credit cards (Chase), aside from an inexplicable random charge every 2-3 months, no other charges are being downloaded. Payments, however, are recorded because they come from my accounts. The result is a huge erroneous positive balance for these cards. Have tried all suggested fixes, but nothing helps. Any ideas?

    Please do TOOLS, Account List. In the "Transactions Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns across from each of these cards what's shown?

    If any of those columns aren't shown, they can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.

    When was the last time that you successfully reconciled each card? When, to the best of your recollection, did this issue begin?

    The one account shows Express Web Connect. Clearly the problem behan in June 2023. There were 2 successful charge transactions downloaded in mid-2023 and another 2 in mid-2024, but none others. This is Quicken Classic version R62.16 Build 27.1.62.16. The other card shows downloads need to be activated, but I have been unable to do this as there is no response from Chase. A phone call to Chase told me Chase only interacts with Quicken if you have a business card. So they say QFX file downloads are impossible. Why then do I receive sporadic downloads for the activated card? I have never reconciled the one card because there are obviouly so many transactions missing.
