how do i deactivate credit card and link to a new credit card from the same bank

    Hello @tom ryno,

    Thank you for reaching out with this question. To deactivate and then connect the new card, please start by backing up your Quicken file. Then, navigate to Tools>Account List. Click the Edit button next to the account you need to deactivate.

    In the Account Details window that comes up, click the Online Services tab. Then, click the Deactivate button.

    Once the account is deactivated, navigate to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts.

    If you are trying to link the new card to the same account (usually done if the new card is a replacement for a lost or stolen card), then make sure you link the account to the correct nickname in Quicken.

    If you are adding the card as a new account, then please make sure to select the Add to Quicken option.
