USAA one step update is requiring USAA authorization everyday again

The issue with USAA was fixed but now for the last 2 days, every morning I have to go through the loop of signing on to USAA to authorize Quicken etc. in order to perform the update.
I am on quicken for Windows.
Why is this happening again?

Hello @iusdcm1,
We appreciate you reaching out to let us know about this issue!
To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- When did this issue first start occurring?
- Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?
Your answers will help us diagnose the issue more effectively.
Looking forward to your response!

-My quicken file is stored on my local hard drive
-The only trouble shooting I can do is to reset the account and then it works. Obviously I don't want to reauthenticate will USAA everyday though.
-I am not using a VPN
-Yes I disabled bitfender but it doesn't make a difference.
-No changes to my software.
-As you know this was a problem for many users a few months ago with USAA and then it finally resolved. But now the same issue is up again. After I go through the process of updating with USAA to give permission for Quicken to access USAA, then it works for the day, but the next morning I have to go through the process again.

Thank you for providing that information.
When resetting your account, have you tried deactivating the account, unlinking from the USAA website directly, and then reactivating via the Add Account flow?
To do so, please save a backup first (just in case), then follow the instructions provided below:
- Follow the instructions to deactivate as outlined in this support article.
- Navigate to access your account via the USAA Online Banking website to unlink the account from Quicken on their end.
- Reactivate via Tools > Add Account, following the instructions as outlined in this support article.
Let us know how it goes!
