Cannot open data file.

Hello,

I trying to open a Quicken Classic data file on another pc. The file opens for half a second then shows a blank screen with the message: 'Having problems with your Quicken ID?'

I have been in contact with Quicken support but with no solution.

Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve the problem. I am getting nowhere.

    What release of Quicken is running on both computers?

    Starting Quicken with the CTRL pressed will start it without opening a data file.

    Thank you for your quick reply. The release on this second pc is 27.1.62.16. I am not sure about my first pc which I do not have at hand.
