Can someone tell me how I can add a new account?

I am trying to add a new account that's one of the popular institutions (chase) and while I've been able to do so in the past, for some reason, I can't do it now. When I select my institution and select continue on the next screen, I get to a 3rd screen where it says "Chase needs you to authorize your accounts" When I click the "Sign In" button, i get the spinning circle from hell. In the past, I was able to authorize downloads, but today, it just spins forever.
I haven't done anything to my computer to update security and this worked in the past.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Chase has multiple names in Q. Which are you trying to connect to?
Also, in your Q, what type of account are you trying to connect? The FI, Chase in this case, decides what types of accounts can be connected.
