When I attempt to download transactions from my PayPal Mastercard (a Synchony card for which all access is through PayPal.com), I am told to change my password—even after changing and reentering my PayPal password. What is going on?

Paypal seems to have been a chronic problem for years. Still is. Barclay Bank, too. I have wasted so much time…………
