Citibank cancelling out linked accounts on updates

I have several Citibank accounts under different ID's, for banking, business and Costco. Upon updating, some of the accounts under 1 ID are unlinked and nothing update. When I manually reset or even deactivate that account, it will unlink other accounts under different ID and then not recognize there is an active account. I will repeat the process and then other accounts will drop out. It's an endless loop

Hello @Alan NY,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering an issue. To clarify, I noticed you posted this discussion in the Investing section. Is this a problem you're encountering with investment accounts?
Based on your description of the issue, it sounds like connecting the accounts under one userID causes accounts under another userID to get disconnected. What error message/code are you seeing when this happens?
Citi offers a lot of different connection options. Are you trying to connect all the userIDs under one connection option, or have you tried using a different option for each userID?
I look forward to your response!
