I have been downloading USAA credit card transactions for years. Now all of a sudden they stopped and don't show in the list after giving access on the website. USAA says they have nothing to do with this and can't help. Now what?

@Ronald Langlois - not sure if this is your issue, but try deactivating first before trying to reactivate the account again.

    1. Go to the Online Access tab of Account Details and click on Deactivate.
    2. On the General tab blank out the FI Name and Account Number.
    3. Go through the activation or reauthorization process and see it it works.
    4. If not, go to "Add Account" and see if you can connect that way. When you get to the account list in Quicken, make sure to "Link" the accounts to the ones already in Quicken. Do not "Add New".
