Have to update my E*Trade Bank login 2FA every time I start Quicken - not saved

I've posted this before, and it's been an issue ever since I purchased Quicken, but as I was automatically re-enrolled in this $100 subscription, it reminded me that for that kind of annual price, the software should work as intended. This is my #1 gripe with Quicken. I have followed every troubleshooting recommendation I've been able to find on the internet and this support site, and yet the problem persists. Please help me. As in the title, Quicken will forget every time I update my login information that ETrade Bank has 2FA with the Symantec VIP app. When I reconnect the account, it asks for the 2FA, and then promptly forgets this the next time I reopen Quicken. How can I get Quicken to actually ask for ETrade 2FA every time I do a One-Step Update????

Update: Spoke with Customer Service Rep "Dora" on the Quicken web app. She had me manually disconnect my checking and savings account, and then log out of Quicken Cloud (all on the desktop app). After signing out, I signed back in and re-added the E*Trade Bank account, telling it to link to my exisiting accounts. This seems like it has worked, as I got an update on the account for the first time in 3 years. Hopefully this solution sticks and I won't have issues going forward. Thank you Dora!!
