Was the security renamed?

I keep getting these notices for the exact same companies each time I do a update. It will say existing Name: and the name of a security, then underneith it, it says New Name: a name of a security. Then to the right of each it will show the security Symbol and how many shares are either reported in quicken or reported online that are the same amounts. I click below on the box:This is NOT a rename / these are not the same securities. Then click OK. However, the next time I do an update it asks the EXACT same question for the EXACT same securities. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, does anyone know of a fix? It's quite irritating and I have to get through this in order to get to my stock information.
