Lowe's Pro Card

I have a Lowe's Card and a Lowe's Pro Card, both issued by Synchrony Bank. The Lowe's Card downloads to Quicken without any problem, but the Lowe's Pro Card doesn't. I called Synchrony Bank technical support, and was told this was a Quicken issue. Can someone explain what issue exists with the Pro Card?

We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you are experiencing!
I can see you have tried connecting to both Lowe's instances in our financial institution list, however, since the card is provided by Synchrony Bank, have you tried connecting via Synchrony Bank Credit Cards instance to see if it makes any difference (see below)?

I have six credit cards through Synchrony Bank - five work perfectly but the Lowe's Pro card doesn't.

Could you please send us your log files so we can review them for any internal causes that may be related to this issue? Here’s how:
- In Quicken, go to Help > Report a Problem.
- Check the boxes for:
- Include log files
- Include a screenshot (if applicable)
- In the description, mention "Lowe's Pro Card Issue."
- Click Send to Quicken.
Once you’ve submitted the report, just let me know here and we’ll take a look to see if the logs reveal anything further.
