Permission Errors when accessing alerts and other community info

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

I have a current user name and subscription with Quicken. I get the following when trying to access alert information. See below. Here I was trying to look at an update to Target download issue. What needs to be done to get past the permission issues. I was signed on to the Community.

    That typically means that the message that you're trying to access has been Archived due to no recent activity.

    If you provide the link that you were going after, I can verify that … because SuperUsers and Mods can access archived messages.

    Thanks. O cannot seem to find the link and the complete link is not shown in the image I sent.

    Thanks for responding. Seems like there could be a better message for archived item than permissions issue.
