Bank of America disconnected

This morning, I found all 3 of my Bank of America-All Other States accounts disconnected and offline. I reconnected them easily, but was perplexed. This has never happened before. Anyone else see this today (4/24/25)?

Hello @Rocket J Squirrel,
Thanks for sharing that.
I did notice you received an FDP-350 error yesterday tied to your Bank of America accounts. That error typically comes up when the security token used to authenticate your connection expires or when the bank's servers don’t return the expected data during the update process. It's usually not something the user can control, but it does align with the kind of temporary disruption we sometimes see.
It’s also worth noting that Bank of America may have performed routine maintenance or made updates to their systems, which can lead to brief interruptions in connectivity, even causing accounts to show as disconnected in Quicken. Since you were able to reconnect your accounts without issue, it seems like this was likely one of those transient events rather than anything persistent or account-specific.
Let me know if it occurs again and we can dig a little deeper!

Did my BOFA-All Other States (only 1 account) this morning. No issues with it.

I deleted my prior response.
I had problems with a few FIs including BofA BUT I tracked it down to a firewall block of a Microsoft Edge component that got blocked about a week ago and caused several failures.
I had to reset the connections and all works fine now.

@Rocket J Squirrel I am circling back to your post because of other posts in the community lately.
I am not sure if you found a cause for your issue but do you share your data file between different devices? There have been reports of accounts being deactivated on one computer when the data file is accessed on another computer.

I routinely copy my data file to a second PC for testing purposes. This B of A disconnection has only happened once. As @Quicken Jasmine said, this was probably a glitch on the bank's end.

@Rocket J Squirrel ok, I wasn't sure if you were still investigating your issue. But you are probably right that it's just a glitch.
