Is Truist currently not working with Quicken

Is there an issue with Truist starting the last couple of days? The error message states it is not my problem but then gives a call Truist suggestion. Truist still works logging in directly and my Fidelity account is still pulling the data. I see no messages suggesting an issue. Windows R62.16

    Could you please send us your log files so that I can review any internal errors related to this connection? Here’s how:

    1. In Quicken, go to Help > Report a Problem.
    2. Check the boxes for:
      • Include log files
      • Include a screenshot (if applicable)
    3. In the description, mention "Truist connection issue."
    4. Click Send to Quicken.

    Once you’ve submitted the report, just let me know here and I’ll take a look.

    I have just sent the files thank you. Started about Tuesday. I had been using a different computer/laptop for a few days from a copied database file while traveling. But, I did not copy back the file to my main computer upon return. I only copy db's in one direction. Usually this has not been a problem.

    Another note. My Amex card account required me to reinitialize it also. No issues happened with Fidelity brokerage or their ELAN credit card. I have not tried disabling the multiple Truist accounts and restoring them.

    I went back and deleted the online access for the three Truist accounts. The Delete Online Activity function basically would hang for each of the accounts. I had to kill the Quicken process to get the program back. It showed the accounts closed after I did this for each one. When I tried to add Truist again, I got the same original error message. I am now going to restore prior to when I travelled.

    I restored from backup, deleted Truist online, and when trying to add it back got the same message. I tried again at 11:15AM EDT and it worked. All is again fine.
