Help with Archive

I have been a quicken user for decades and have data in my current file going back to 1996. The file is (obviously) too large and now almost non-functional. I am trying to archive old data - but when I go to the Copy/Backup menu item - the dialog box that displays will not let me access the archive function. See attached pic. I can't resize the dialog box, I can't reduce the font to get the option to show. It seems like a bug - but are there any workarounds? I've GOT to get this file reduced. I considered a "copy" but don't want to have to reconnect all the online services.

In your Windows Display setting, what's your setting for Scale and the setting for Resolution?

That's what's causing your issue, reduce them, at least temporarily, for the resolution to your issue.

NotACPA - I tried that to no avail. The main windows screens change scale, but that dialog box doesn't seem to be impacted.

If you have View | Large Fonts enabled, try toggling it off.

Have you considered less drastic ways to speed up your file?

@BluIdTi2gr to be able to select the Archive option without being able to see it-

    1. Click on "Create a complete backup" (important to actually click on it, even though it may be already selected)
    2. Hit the down arrow on your keyboard twice
    3. Hit your Spacebar once.
    4. Click on "Next"

I have noted the same issue with the Backup or Copy file feature. the dialog box cuts off text and I cannot see the archive function. It appears the same with large or small fonts. IMO, this is a bug and needs to be fixed.

For those experiencing text display issues, did you increase the size of the Windows text?

mshiggins - can you advise on other "less drastic" ways to speed up the file?
