repeat of previous issue with mouseover on plots repainting screen

This issue was reported by Scooterlam in 2021 and fixed by removing and reinstalling. I am having the same issue. I have removed and reinstalled Q Classic Primere and it is now R62.16 Build 27.1.652.16 but the problem continues to occur. I have two monitors of different resolutions and it acts the same on both. I have rebooted. The duplicated material is displayed around the box that contains the information extracted during the mouseover as though the box was a brush painting the screen.
This is the previous post which has screen shots.

hello quicken anja re ticket (CTP-12046)
If they haven't reproduced it, this might help. It happens whenever you mouse over a plot where it produces a small text box. When removing the box, Q overwrites the area of the box with what is around the magnifying glass cursor rather than what was under the box. It's getting the coordinates of the box mixed up with the coordinates of the cursor. Should be easy to find. If you can't reproduce it and you want me to do any testing let me know.
