I see that this is an ongoing on-and-off issue. I have attempted to update accounts with Investor 360 for months and while the One-Step update summary says it was successful, the balances never change. At the beginning of the year, I actually deleted all my Investor 360 accounts from my Quicken (Classic Windows) and re-entered them. They worked (that is, updated) about 2 or 3 times, then stopped. Any suggestions on how to put this problem to bed and fix it once and for all?
