TIAA is not updating any of my accounts in Quicken Deluxe. I am not getting any error message but the transaction which come through every other Saturday morning have not come through.

Just to clarify, when was the last time transactions from TIAA successfully downloaded into Quicken? Have you noticed if any other accounts are having similar issues, or is it just TIAA? When you run a One Step Update, does the summary indicate that the update for TIAA was completed successfully, or is it missing entirely? Also, have there been any recent updates to Quicken or your computer system that might have coincided with this issue?

It appears the situation was fixed this morning. Most likely, it was a server error on the TIAA side.
