Remove credit card from subscription to Windows Classic
I kept getting emails from quicken that my subscription was due and I needed to update the credit card. Did not click the links in the email, though it appeared to be from Quicken. I signed into my account through the website and I don't think there was anything wrong with that card. I updated my subscription to a new card but can't find the option to remove the old one? I would prefer to get an invoice and not save credit cards on web sites at all. Is that an option?

I agree. I think there should be an option to remove a payment method from your Quicken subscription. Currently I have expired and invalid credit card information sitting out there with no way to remove it. Also if a Quicken user no longer wishes to purchase Quicken through the automated subscription process, they should be able to remove the credit card information.

Hello @Stacey,
Thanks for reaching out!
To have the old payment methods removed, we advise contacting Quicken Support directly. Our agents have access to the necessary tools and can further assist you with this request. If additional action is needed, they’ll be able to guide you through the next steps.
Thank you!

IMHO, when updating a Quicken account's subscription, turning off Automatic Renewal should immediately clear any stored credit card number(s).
And, yes, the My Account webpages should allow the customer to make any required changes, up to and including clearing stored credit card numbers.
