HELP!!! Ready to cancel Quicken Zelle transactions not syncing and miscategorized transactions!

I have an unresolved issue that’s been affecting my account downloads for months. I have a Case ID# and have spoken with Quicken support multiple times, but the problem remains.

Here are the two issues:

Zelle transactions from my Chase account have not been downloading into Quicken since May, 2024! I didn’t even realize this at first — but one month, I noticed my expenses looked surprisingly low in Quicken. When I investigated, I realized Zelle payments were completely missing from my transactions.

On top of that, some expenses from Chase are being imported as income (and payee names are wrong).

The first few times Quicken support tried to help work through the bugs. The most recent support agent told me: “the issue must be on Chase’s end, and to call back if Chase can’t correct the problems."

Chase informed me that they clearly list Zelle transactions in my online account; Quicken isn’t pulling them in.

They also said "the incorrect reclassifying of expenses into income is entirely within Quicken’s processing system"

This needs to be escalated to Tier 2 support or the product development team, as it affects data accuracy and the core function of Quicken. I’m a long-time user, but this level of data corruption and the delay in addressing it is concerning.

How do I escalate this with urgency? I need to speak with a senior technician or someone on the product team. This is not a cosmetic issue — it has real financial consequences.

My subscription renews in 1 month—at this point I so frustrated I may not renew. Anyone else having these major issues?
