New bank account does not appear in Add Account window

I opened a new account at a pre-existing bank yesterday (i.e. I already have other accounts at this bank in Quicken so I already know Quicken will connect to that bank, therefore it is not an issue of Quicken and the bank being incompatible), but my new account does not appear in the Add Account window; it only shows my two pre-existing accounts, but those were already in Quicken. How can I get Quicken to see/notice my new bank account?

I forgot to put this in the first comment, but I am using Quicken version R62.16, build 27.1.62.16, on Windows 10 Home, version 22H2, build 19045.5737

@William Aston are you able to access the new account in your online account with the bank? There might be a delay in when the new account is available for online services with Quicken. So maybe wait a bit and try again. But you can also set up an offline account and then establish a connection at a later time when it becomes available.

@William Aston Also, what type of entity is this new account? Does it have the same ownership as the other 2? Not all FIs allow all account types to be connected.

@CaliQkn The new account is not visible on the bank's website either, if that's what you mean.

@NotACPA Yes, it has the same ownership as the other two. The new one is a Money Market account. The other two were checking.

@William Aston if the account is not visible in your online account with the bank, then I think you need to contact the bank to get an explanation. It could be that the Money Market online account has a different website and logon (different FI) since it is an investment account. But your bank will be able to confirm this.
