Costco Citi Card

My downloads for my Costco Citi Card stopped working on April 16, 2025. In fact, disappeared from the update list entirely. Tried to do a "setup now" from the account edit screen (Online Services) and got through to "City Cards Need To Authorize Your Accounts". When I hit the "Sign In" button I get the following: "Sign in to Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi bank failed. Try again" and "Sorry, the sign in failed due to time out or a connection error." I have tried periodically to reconnect for over a week but keep getting the same error messages. However, I have no problem logging on to this account through a web browser. Anyone having the same issue or have suggestions?

Upon reviewing your account, I’m not seeing any internal errors at the moment. Can you confirm whether the issue has been resolved on your end, or if it’s still ongoing?

If the problem is still persisting, please save a backup of your Quicken file before proceeding with any troubleshooting steps—just to be safe.

Then, try the following steps:

Deactivate all accounts in Quicken that are connected to Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi.
Sign in to your account on Citi’s website and look for the option to unlink the accounts from Quicken.
Once that’s complete, return to Quicken and go to Tools > Add Account…
Search for Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi, then follow the prompts to reconnect.
When your accounts are found, be sure to link them to the existing accounts already set up in Quicken.

I am not sure if this is related to the issue you reported, but here is another version of connection failure of Costco Citi Card that continues to happen this AM despite being past the time the message says I can reconnect.
