OL-301-A Chevron Credit Union [Edited]

I have been getting this error when downloading transactions from Chevron Credit Union. I see this has been reported for the last couple of years. I get the error almost every day and then at some point during the day it disappears. I have tried some of the steps that have been provided without any resolution, including refreshing Financial Institution. Are others still getting this error? if so how did you fix it?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Is this happening when you're trying to send an online payment through Quicken? If so, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article on OL-301 errors: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-ol-301/

    Have you contacted the financial institution about this issue at all? If you have, what did they say?

    All I am doing is a one step update, or doing an update for that specific Chevron account. I don't send online payments, so that's not an issue. I have also (already), done all the troubleshooting steps in that article. I have not contacted the financial insitution. It seems the error goes away in the early evening. They probably have a regular scheduled reboot of their servers that clears the error and then something triggers it the next morning.

    I can see that you already sent a problem report with log files attached. I reviewed the logs you sent. The screenshot below is the error that Chevron Federal Credit Union is returning to Quicken.

    Because we don't have access to their servers, we cannot verify your account and/or service information on them and cannot resolve this issue for you. Please contact Chevron Federal Credit Union and give them this snip from your OFX Log, so that they can assist you with resolving this error.
