Most accounts say "Needs Attention"

I just did a One Step Update yesterday, and everything was fine.

But today, many of my accounts, Discover, Citi, credit union, are all saying "Needs Attention."

I did renew my subscription a few days ago.

    Well, I'm re-logging into all my accounts in Quicken and that seems to work except my credit union (Allegacy FCU). For that, it says I need a different Direct Connect login. I have never had this before.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. Were you seeing any error code along with the "Needs Attention" message?

    When I check on our end, I can see some of the accounts were showing a FDP-350 (expired token) error. It is normal for financial institutions to periodically want you to reverify/reauthorize your accounts. Is this happening frequently?

    Thank you for replying Kristina.

    The error code on my credit union is CC-800. It claims there is a Direct Connect login different than my regular login which I've never heard of before. I'm going to try to completely disable this and then reconnect.

    This is the first time I've seen such an error that I can remember, and I have been a longtime Quicken user.

    But my subscription did expire last week, and then I renewed it the next day. However, I've done that in the past before, and One Step Updates still worked fine up until yesterday.

    Resetting the account in Quicken worked!
